I don't know what else people here can do to reassure you. Your question has been answered multiple times already. You should consider therapy to help with this irrational health anxiety.

It is time to move on, just like you would if you got any other negative medical test result.

hiv prevention science is 40 years old and straightforward so the advice given above is the same as the millions of scientists and doctors who came up with or use the test guideline. It is time to move on, just like you would if you got any other negative medical test result.
Anixiousnomore, my results are conclusive dude?

No you have tested conclusively negative. 90 days is outdated. 42 days is conclusive. No further testing would be needed.
Second and Third generation antibody will give you a definitive result at 42 days or later. The only test that would warrant 90 days are oral swab ones.
Hello mike,

Thank you for answering even with third generation tests still conclusive?
I answered that right above.

Yes, unprotected vaginal sex is a risk.  A one time episode of it is a low risk though at less than 2 percent chance of transmission.   You don't mention when you took the 3rd generation test.  42 days is an accurate window period to wait for conclusive results for a 3rd generation test.
