Can masterbation lead to pregnancy?

(I’m not a native English speaker so there might be grammatical mistakes, just ignore it anyway :)

Well, I fully understand that without sex, pregnancy is impossible, and I am a male teenager who has never had sex, but I am always thinking about some REALLY SPECIAL cases which may cause pregnancy.

A few days ago, I masterbated at night, but without the final ejaculation. And the next day, after a bath, I happened to touch the toilet paper with my wet hands, which was soon used by a woman in my family.

The reason I wonder if she may get pregnant is that:

1. Although without ejaculation, the masterbation that night can still release some sperm out which are called ‘preejaculation’. And the sperm remain inside my prepuce(which is long).
2. When I was taking a bath, sperms inside the prepuce somehow come out and adhered to my hand or someplace.
3. I touched the toilet paper, and sperm are on the paper. The woman has a little chance to get pregnant because of it.

Plus, I know every step sounds ridiculous and only has very little chance to happen. But is it impossible? Or possible, with a tiny possibility?

Can anyone help explain it? If you are a doctor in this field, and are willing to explain the reasons in a detailed way, that will definitely be better.

I’d appreciate it a lot.

100% impossible. Sperm doesn't remain active on surfaces or objects.
No one will ever get pregnant from your sperm unless you ejaculate inside a vagina.
