New person after surgery

Girlfriend had hysterectomy nine months ago. She had it for health reasons. She was 29. After she was different. Different person entirely. Angry. At me. All the time. I can’t do anything right. Rage. At me. All the time. Anger. So much anger. Not the angel I fell in love with.

If she started HRT would she be the person she used to be?

She might be. She might also be grieving or angry about why she needed the surgery at such a young age. Why did she need it?

Have you just talked to her, and asked her what's happening and why she's angry? Be gentle about it, and don't accuse, but just ask her how she's feeling, and let her know you're concerned because you love her.
