In spite of what most doctors like to believe, TH is inadequate diagnostic for a patient's thyroid status. Since you have no symptoms, and your FT4 is at 23%, which is a bit lower than many people need. also, it would be a good ide to always get them to test for Free T3. Doctors also like to think that FT4 always converts to Free T3 s needed. this is very wrong. Free T3 is very important because it is the biologically active thyroid hormone that largely regulates metabolism throughout the body. If you should start to notice any hypo symptoms, I suggest getting both FT4 and FT3 tested and adjusted with medication to raise both levels as needed to relieve symptoms, without regard for TSH. If you want to confirm what I have said, here is a link to a paper I co-authored.

What about any symptoms you have?
What caused your hyperthyroidism? TSH is affected by a number of things, such that it should not be used to determine thyroid med dose. Symptoms are a far better indicator of thyroid status, along with tests for Free T4 and Free T3. So please tell us about any symptoms you have and also post your thyroid test results and their reference ranges shown on the lab report.
