Rubbing
I went to prostitute and I hug, kiss amd rub my penis on vegina without condom and ejaculate on vagina it self but I am not sure Wether my penis tip went into vagina or not but we had hard rubbing. Do I need to test ?
Not a risk for HIV. The only risks are actual unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. Rubbing on someone is not a risk for HIV.

Thank you for reply but I am not sure my penis tip whether enter or not but she try to put in without condom but I stop her but stil I am not sure wether my penis tip enter or not

Only you know if you had penetration. But note that FULL unprotected intercourse has a less than 1 percent chance of transmission. This is all the help we can give you. I'd not be worried.

You sound like you are anxious. Rubbing is not a risk. Doesn't sound like anything more happened. You decide. I told you what the risks are. You decide if you had one or not. take care
