Pain after meal

Immediately after a meal or drink, I very often have a pain in my back between the shoulder blades, a pressing sensation. It goes up towards the neck and tightens towards the ears. I am not overweight and do a lot of exercise. It is just so life-destroying to have the many symptoms every time I have consumed a meal. I don't have nausea and have tried pills for GERD, some input on what it could be. Painkillers don't work

Have you seen a doctor? You should. While this could be GERD, it could also be something with your pancreas, a cardiac issue, gallstones, and all of those are things that are serious enough to warrant some medical attention.
