If you had followed the advice above ("please review other threads in our archives for questions similar to yours and Dr. Handsfield's replies"), you would have seen that cunnilungus carries no risk, symptoms never are a valid indicator of new HIV in low risk situations, and that test results always outweigh the riskiest of exposures and the most classical of symptoms (which you don't have).
Apparently you have a grossly inflated view of how common HIV is and how easy it is to transmit. Do you really envision people going for an HIV test every time s/he has oral sex with a new partner?
So relax. The answers are no, yes, and no.

Thanks Doctor
I appreciate all your help.
It's not stupid to ask -- but your question was answered in my reply above. See the comment about symptoms never being a useful indicator of new HIV infection. That includes diarrhea, which anyway isn't a common symptom of HIV. And since you weren't at risk for HIV, it is impossible that any symptom you have is due to that cause.
Thanks a lot dcor for you quick response. I have a last question. After my 8th week test i am experiencing a mild diarrhoea like symptoms for past 3 days. so that is the only thing which worries me. Do u think is this anywhere related to HIV? sorry if my question sounds too stupid. but i assure you that this will be my last question on this thread. thanks a lot
