My surgery was done in Louisville, KY, but the Neurosurgeon, Dr. Patrick Han, has moved to Tulsa, OK since that time.
There aren't many docs who will perform this surgery, so do your homework.

What does the neurosurgeon or neurologist say about this?  Can this not be operated-on due to its location?  (I also had a cavernous hemagioma near the cerebellum and had an operation to remove it, so hope is not lost for you.)
