i'm recently going throught the same thing, the brain is a really strong thing, i do beleive the doc in what he is saying. Mind over matter, i have a cooling sensation along my inner thighs and the end of my penis from time to time does have mild buning sensation, but like you said when you don't think about it, it's ok. I bet when you wake up in the morning you don't have any of these symptoms until you actually wake and think about it. Every day i check the inside of my penis for any redness and also examing my pubic area for any signs but i find nothing. This is a risk we both took, and what else can i say but "goforward" there are no rewind buttons in life. Hopefully this may help to know that i also have the same feelings and that nothing comes of this. Keep your head up

I am going through the same thing. Every bump on my penis looks like an STD.i am constantly looking for symptoms. I have severe anxiety about the whole ordeal. It can all be caused by our own thoughts. I have been having a burning at the tip of my penis as well as numbness going down back of my legs to my feet. Any sensation "must be an STD." It is probably all in my head. How did all of your testing come out?

I feel the same groin burning you described... I could almost say it started minutes after having intercourse with a sex worker. Do you guys know if it was really a bad case of anxiety?

This has been going on a year for me.  I know it's not an "STD" per se.  But it's something for sure.  I want to move on with my life , but it's pretty hard when I have a constant burning in the groin, as well as the feeling that i just got kicked there.  always.  Let me know if you find out what you've got.  I 'll do the same.
