how to stay relaxed while you wait

This is my first IVF, I had 4 transfers that didn't work. So here I am.  On 10/24 we did the transfer, I have mild cramps nothing severe but it does make me nervous.  My pregnancy test will be done on Nov 3rd, this seems to be the longes week of my life.

And does anyone know what a D6 cell stage means?

Thanks

Hi Julie,
This is my first IVF too, and my pregancy test is on this coming Thursday. I can totally understand how you feel as I do feel the same that this is longest week of my life. I guess my little suggestions are try not to focus on this test too much, I know it is so hard not too think about it. But I do find that if I am busy at work and or something else, it made my day goes fast. Also choose to watch comedy movie is good idea too, laugh will help you to relax. Anyway, the less you are thinking about it, the more relax you will be. I wish you and I both are lucky to get the pregant on our first IVF.
Keep finger cross and pray.

BTW, 6cells emborys are good if you had day 3 transfer.
