thank you for helping me that could make sence, once I start again ill take up your advice and like keep it posted on what ends up happening; thank you so much for posting!
Hello,
Rashes on the genitalia prior to and after menstrual period is due to hormonal changes in the body taking place at that time.Due to rapid changes in estrogen and progesterone levels during this period, skin tends to become more fragile and sensitive and rashes can come up.
Maintain good genital hygiene especially during menstruation when the vaginal flora may be disrupted. If there is any itching involved, you can take antihistaminics like benadryl or Claritin and if there is any pain, then you can take anti-inflammatory pain killer like ibuprofen. If the symptoms worsen, pls consult a gynecologist for evaluation.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.
