Fibroadenoma

I am 20 yrs old, I found a fibroadenoma in my left breast, I have conformed it is fibroadenoma by an Ultrasound scanning, But it is only one and very small in size(below 1cm in diameter), my question is, the removal of this fibroadenoma is necessery or not? what have to do?

It is not 100% necessary to remove fibroadenomas. BUT, it is guaranteed to get alrger and then finally disfigure your breast and be difficult to get out without radically changing its appearance.
