MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Where are the dots located? This could be due to an irritation , folliculitis,  or infection. Folliculitis present with pimple like dots with hair. This results from unnecessary  hair being pulled out or from shaving. However this usually resolves on its own. Have this evaluated further for proper management. Direct clinical examination is important to determine the diagnosis. Some tests may also be done to rule out possible sexually transmitted diseases.

Take care and keep us posted.
