This has been on my husbands chest going on three years, he is in the Sun allot and the pigment is darker than his skin color and he isn't the type of person that will go to a doctor. Can someone tell me if they have seen anything like this before,I am very concerned.

Also a Cassal's necklace due to nicotinic acid deficiency(B-complex) is also seen in the same location.

Never heard of nicotinic but have heard of b complex deficiency, he has a appointment Friday morning hope it isn't nothing serious as he now says his lymph nodes under arms hurt and one is big. Thank you
