Great news!  I am so glad you got to hear the heart beating this time -- I know what a relief that is to hear it and makes it feel more real even though your tummy is probably teeny-tiny right now.  :)  Very glad this is progressing normally!

The other thing is just a dark spot. The kind bean shaped thing is the gestational sac. Inside is the yolk sac and fetal pole. Fetal pole is between the 2 + signs. Just one little bean! :)
