Here's a picture of a normal cervical spine. As you can see, there's a big difference between mine and the one from this website:

This is a picture of somebody with spinal cord atrophy... Both cervical and thoracic on my films look familiar to this image.

This is apparently mild degenerative disc, with a bit of stenosis. Old lady neck!
