Went to see the doctor today, he suggested I slow dow my methadone taper, so I am doing 25 mgs instead of 20 this week.

Cut my dose in half today, from 40 to 20. I am very emotional, and experiencing a lot of pain and sweating. I feel strong and hopeful.
