Cartoon characters and neon colors may come to mind when you think of kids' snacks. Foods marketed to kids may be eye-catching, but remember, most of it is junk. In fact, 75 percent of the food marketed to kids is of poor nutritional quality. But there are healthier snack options for kids other than sugary fruits snacks, cookies, chips and other processed food.
