Tea is always a great winter choice. It's warming and contains phytochemicals that may help you stay well. You’ll find a variety of flavors in the supermarket, but you can also steep your favorite black or green tea with spices such as cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg for a holiday twist. Add a strip of citrus peel for a festive garnish.
