MYTH: Missionary Position Is Best for Baby-Making

Though you may have heard that certain positions (for example, the “missionary” position) increase your chances of conception, in reality there’s not much research to support the idea that certain sexual positions make it easier or harder to conceive. Within minutes of ejaculation, the millions of sperm that are released will make their way to the fallopian tubes — and this happens regardless of what position your body is in when they’re released.
