How to Treat my complicated skin - oily, rosacea, sensitve and dry

Hi, 3 years ago (age 16)  i used to have mild pimples on my forehead, and on the cheeks beside my nose. then i started to use proactive (which i totally regret), it got rid of my bumps but left me with very red skin. my forehead and the two cheeks side bsdie my nose is completety red and dry. My doctor later diagnosed me with rosacea. She prescrbed me the Metrodazole cream and that only helped a little. I got kinda fed up with the results so i always did research on other alternatives to use bsides using prescriptive ones.  I am currently using Aveda's All sensitive care : face wash, toner, exfoliator (salacylic acid), and moisturizer.  My skin did improve a lot and its not that dry now, but im still very confuse of what products i should use because my facialist informed me that the reason y my skin is so red is because it lacks moisture and thats why it creates more oil to compensate it. My exfoliator helps me control some of my white heads but it doesn't control all. I am also using Cliniques Extra surge thirsty gel at the same time. but i am still not satisfy with my skin now. It may not look as worse as before now but its still gets oily and occasional dryness which i can't control and i still get whiteheads on my cheaks. This is my regimen : Morning - cleaser, toner, clinique gel. Night - cleaser, exfoliator, moisturizer. Can you please let me know what i am doing wrong with my products? or am I even using the right products? if thats the case please help me find the correct products to use. Should i see a Dermatologist? I am 19 years old now
