This is a group for those who use or plan to use techniques such as meditation (multiple disciplines), breathing exercises, yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, movement meditation, and all similar mind and body therapies. This is a place to ask questions, share experiences, give answers,share what has worked, what hasn't worked....to be a community of support for those of us who practice these techniques, and the impact of them on the quality of our experiences.
