opinion on blood test results and mri

i'm a 40 yr old overweight female suffering with many different symptoms that seem to flip flop every day.  as i read the other postings in the different topic areas, i see that so many others have many of the same symptoms that i can understand why it's so difficult for doctors to make a diagnosis.  i just know that something is off.  i'm not scared of anything major anymore since my tests have all been coming back negative. now it's a quality of life deal. just looking for a fresh opinion on my test results that were off and see if anything is being overlooked.

bloodwork all normal except:
THS - 5.86 (from meds a few month ago went low to 0.02 and before meds was 8.77)
testosterone - double what it should be
B12 & D - nearly depleted

MRI (both head and neck)
head one is normal
neck one showed herniated disks
hearing and balance test = normal

I would suggest going to a well trained and certified Chiropractor. They are now a well recognized part of the medical field that can treat many health problems, not just backs. You have an under active thyroid and the flip flopping on symptoms can be due to that. Make sure you are taking your medication at the same time every day. As far as quality of life, ask for some Xanax for anxiety or some other antidepressant. If one doesn't work well after 1 month than ask for a different one. If your depression is your weight and it is due to thyroid problems, it can be lost with extra work. With an under active thyroid you have to work double to lose the weight and it can be done. Take 2 good walks a day. Get yourself some headphones and get out there and walk. Start with a short one and every week increase your distance. I don't know how overweight you are but please don't be embarresed of what people may think. When I see someone overweight out there walking I think "GOOD FOR YOU FOR TRYING". Good luck!!
