Your condition may be acute hep B, but don't rely on my comment, since none of us here are doctors. Since little scarring of liver can be found in people don't have hep viruses also...

I've had HepB twice and have recovered from it without treatment. Much like HCV it is a very complicated illness and I would get an expert either a hepatologist or a G/I doctor who has long term experience in treating this illness. Remember, any info you get from folks on the board is not coming from a doctor, nor is it coming to you in a professional manner.
Oh try some of the Hep B sites as well.
