i just found out that my 3 year old daughter was molested by a roommate that my husband and i had, we took her to get help but there is no physical evidence so there is no criminal case and there were things that he was doing to me when he was here that made me uncomfortable but i feel like i was more concernerd with myself and not what he may possibly do to my daughter at the time i am hurt and feel betrayed and i just need people to talk to about this.

I can imagine how you must feel. I know my parents were devastated when they found out about me. My suggestion is you should take her to see a counselor. She needs to know now that it was not her fault and needs to grow up learning that not every person is bad. Has hard as it is, try and stay strong for her. If this man did that to her, more then likely he will do it again. So, don't lose hope that he will be punished. If someone else has him charged, you will be able to add your daughter to it.

i found out because she told me that he had been touching her in her girl parts area and that she didnt like it because it hurt.

how is your daughter tking it all? I can tell you it's going to be a long road for you all now. She is going to need a lot of support. Many girls end up in bad places because of things like this happening to them. They feel worthless. Things in life happen whether we want them to or not. Last summer i was raped. I knew there was nothing i could do about it. I just have to be strong and move on in life.
