the police rang me yesturday to tell me that the man who raped me (my mums friend) got off free of charge and now he keeps txting me threaghtoning txts and my mums made friends with him now im just shaking uncontrolably i dnt no what to do

I can definitely understand your feelings and anger.  Hopefully it will not come to the point that you have to stab him...he could take that knife away from you and use it on you.  I think you have him with the text messages, I urge you again to call and talk with the detective that was handling your case.  People in prisions do not like child molestors or rapist...he'll get his in prison, I guarantee that will be your revenge.

thanx for ur replys im not running no more im stayin here and standin my ground im ready for him now! im done with being abused i sent a msg to the dc who was dealing with my case and told her that my mums friends with him again and that he has been txting me sinse 4.30am with abuse. i think i may have a evidencial txt from him saying u deserved it and had it coming for a long time. if he comes ere ile stab him im ready for that stupid lil tw@

I agree with heyjude you should show the police the texts , and explain to them anbout your Mom , it sounds like you should not be in the same house I ahvent heard your story but I think you should saty with someone else .Does your Mom not believe you ?

I answered your post this morning and you had replys from  several people.  I'm not sure what happened to them, but, I want to let you know you have not been ignored.  I believe everyone agreed that it would be a good idea to get away and go stay with a friend, another family member or a women's shelter.  Everyone agreed it would be a good idea if you could get your own place too.  
That jerk should not be texting and threatening you, call the police and report it, maybe they will pick him back up....please call the police and report this.  
Your Mom needs to take a look at what is g...oing on and how she is putting you in danger again...I don't understand how she could stand to look at him.
