Accutane normally takes about 12 weeks to clear skin, so you were lucky last time. 20% of Accutane patients (including me) need to take Accutane a second or third time, so don't worry. If it worked before, there is no reason for it not to work this time.
Cetaphil is a great choice for cleansing and moisturising skin whilst on Accutane. Try Vichy Dermablend make-up to cover imperfections while you wait for your medicine to work.
I know it is frustrating having to take it a second time, but Accutane is your best hope of a long term remission from acne.
