Accutane for the 2nd time and 15 years old

Hey guys, this is my first day here..I was on accutane last year from Oct-March & the results were great, and it started working immediately...unfortunately it only lasted 4-5 months & I'm back on accutane again because my skin started to get extremely oily, and white heads and pimples were popping out of no where, although it wasn't' severe, it was enough for me to want to go back on accutane. from Oct-March 08/09 I started off with 40 mg the first month, than 60 mg for the rest of my course... now I'm on 60 mg for probably the first month and will be moving up to 80 mg for the rest of the course..but this time it's not working as fast as it was before, is this normal the second time around? I've only been on it for 12 days now, but my skin is still oily(and dry at the same time), and i still have old and new breakouts...when can I expect to see an improvement in my skin? Also, I'm African and the accutane makes my skin darker but my upper lip right underneath my nose it's red like nobody's business, i use cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer for dry skin, use mary kay foundation which I think I want to change soon....can anyone give me some advice/tips etc...this is my second time on accutane and things are completely different than the 1st
{I'm sorry this was so long, just have a lot on my mind!}

- I'm 15 years old
- I'm female

Accutane normally takes about 12 weeks to clear skin, so you were lucky last time. 20% of Accutane patients (including me) need to take Accutane a second or third time, so don't worry. If it worked before, there is no reason for it not to work this time.
Cetaphil is a great choice for cleansing and moisturising skin whilst on Accutane. Try Vichy Dermablend make-up to cover imperfections while you wait for your medicine to work.
I know it is frustrating having to take it a second time, but Accutane is your best hope of a long term remission from acne.
Good Luck, Eloise.
