Acne help !!!

I have been having acne for almost 3 years now and I have tried everything I mean everything but nothing seems to work! I really want soft clear skin ! I have lots of tiny pimples and I get whiteheads once in a while, I also have acne scars ! My question is will using baking soda as a scrub and honey as a mask help clear my face of pimples and scars ? What can I do to clear my acne and scars ?

Hi. You don't say specifically what you have tried. The most effective treatments for acne are:
-Topical antibiotics such as Dalacin-T or Duac gel.
-Topical retinoids such as Differin or Retin-a.
A course of oral antibiotics such as Oxytetracycline 250mg twice a day.
-An anti-androgen contraceptive pill such as Diane35 or Yasmin.
-A non-hormonal anti-androgen such as Spironolactone.
-Oral Isotretinoin (formerly Accutane) this will only be prescribed if other treatments have resulted in failure or relapse.
