Acne located under armpits and thighs

I have acne that is located on under my arm pits and inner thigh. The acne i have is clustered under the arm and inner thigh. They have pockets upon pockets of blood and puss. Sometimes they start into little pimple but other times they are huge. I know its bad to squeeze them but they hurt so bad. Sometimes on certain ones that i pop, my leg or am get a sensation that goes to the tip of my feet or fingers. It feels of relief afterwords. So my question is what type is it and what can i do as far as treating it?
P.S. Also I didn't know or not if it could be related to polynidol cyst I had on my tail bone?

It would be very unusual to have acne vulgaris in these areas. However it could be a different kind of bacterial infection of the skin so see your doctor. Do not squeeze any skin lesion this will spread the bacteria causing more spots, lead to scarring and cause secondary infection which will make diagnosis more difficult.
Do you shave these areas and what products and deodorant do you use? Loiloi xx
