Acne on back

I am an almost 38 year old woman.  In the last 3 years and only in the winter months, I get pretty bad acne on my back.  This year it has spread to my chest as well, although it is relatively light.  There is some scarring, but during the summer months the acne ceases to occur and the scars, with a touch of sun, also deminish.  I was wondering why after all of these years this might be happening.  As a teenager I would get the occasional pimple on my face or on my back but it was rare.  If you have any suggestions regarding this I'd love your input.

hi, acne can come in your adult years. so what you have is normal. some people only get it on there face, or just there back etc. its different for everyone. but they do have a body wash that helps with acne its by clinique you can get it at nordstrom. good luck
