Acne on scrotum

Hi,
My husband has pimple like sores on his scrotum - they are big but hard - when he presses them, a white like powder substance comes out and they do itch him alot - he is always scratching them. He says he developed them after shaving using a razor. He has got several oitments to treat them but they dont go.
Any body with a similar experience? We are black africans.

It's called foliculitus which is a glorified zit. They recommend you do not pick at them and I have read that anti-bacterial wash helps.
