Black dots on face

Hi, over the past few months, I have been getting pimples. I haven't gotten any recently, but I have found that after the pimples from before disappeared, there were black dots in the exact same place after. And now, I have four black dots on my face. They kind of look like birthmarks, but I know that they're not. What is this called? And also, what can I do to make this go away? I haven't done anything to fix this yet, so I've had these dots for a couple of months already. Is it too late to make the black dots go away? Please help! Thanks.

        These are blackheads. You can get rid of them by exfoliating and using an abrasive scrub. See the attached article for more in-depth information.

my problem is not black heads nor pimples it's more noticeable, I bite the inside of my jaw and i think because of me biting so much, my hand mark of me touching the same spot in my face left 2 big black spots on each of my cheeks. My question is how do i get rid of the black spots on my face?
