you should ask your dermatologist, they will probably clear up in 7 months or so, but then your acne may start coming back to, mine did, so when accutane is done find a soap that works like avon or proactiv. accutane is not a cure
The red spots will fade away with time but if not there are some other creams your dermatologist can prescribe but that all after finishing treatment.
only 30 to 40 percen cases recurs but with a second course of accutane it will be clear usually.
beware of accutane serious side effects.
it can affect liver and cholestrol.
i am aware of the side effect and so far my test to see if my liver is healthy is going good. Right now im using neutrogena rapid clear 2 in 1 spot treatment to see if it helps the spots thanks.
