How can I prevent Acne from always occuring from under my long hair?

I'm still young, and people say that everyone produces a LOT of skin oil that naturally comes from your pores all the time.  I really hate it because my face gets a lot of acne too.  I don't know what to use to get rid of the acne :( I've tried facial washes, acne treatment, and a bunch of other skin care products.  None of them work very well!

I get a lot of acne at my back and at the forehead which I don't like (that's why I keep my hair long) Is there something that I'm doing wrong here?

Hi.
You're right -oil glands in the skin are stimulated by high levels of hormones called androgens, common in teenagers.
As you have found, over the counter products are of limited benefit. See your doctor for a course of oral antibiotics such as Oxytetracycline 250mg twice daily and a topical retinoid such as Differin (adapalene).
Eloise.

Hi thanks for explaining :)  Are those products you recommended to me "natural" because I don't like taking stuff that's usually a "synthetic" type stuff :) Oh and if this is only in the U.S I live in Canada.
