Hello everyone!! I'm 17 years old and I've been having Acne since I was 12! I've tried everything, pills, several dermatologists, comercial creams, natural products, facials, EVERYTHING! Everybody´s telling me that maybe from this years on it'll start to fade because women end their puberty at 17 or 18. I really dont know what to believe! Sometimes my face starts to look better, but there's always that time when it looks horrible! I try not to eat chocolate or dishes with to much fat in them, I also exercise regularly I dance 3 hours every Tuesday and Thursday plus 1 hour PE and 1 hour swimming at school every wednesday. I'm really sad because I want to look pretty without makeup, HELP :(
Hello lightningnm96, I'm sorry to hear that your acne is affecting you. Let me tell you a secret, the best way to treat acne is without any Medical treatment at all. Anti acne creams, antibiotics, tetracycline, doxycycline etc can only lessen your acne inflammation but it will never kill the root cause of your acne. So if you really want to live a healthy life with glowing skin then you should try natural remedies. I know this method is very powerful because more than 138,000 have tried this and all were 100% happy.
