You do need a doctor to look at this to obtain an accurate diagnosis.
Most acne scars are superficial and will fade within a year. If it is an acne scar which has lasted longer than a year, there are treatments to help. I recommend Clinique's Even Better Skin Tone Corrector which fades marks acne leaves behind. For the puncture mark seek evaluation and advice from a laser skin clinic or plastic surgeon to see if intervention is necessary. I had two such post-acne holes and eventually my skin healed itself and they closed over.
