Inner thigh pimples that turn purple

Hi There,
A long time ago I started getting one or two large pimples on my inner thighs. I would squeeze them and pus and blood would eventually come out. They can be quite painful and they generally turn purple and take a long time to go away. Recently, it has become so bad that I have purple spots and lumps all over my inner thighs. I am so embarassed about them, my inner thighs look really disgusting. What could this be? Where can I get help or what can I try to help stop/reduce them?
