I recently spent a lot of time outdoors in extreme heat doing a lot of walking and shortly after noticed a pimply rash forming on my inner thighs. I thought it was simply heat rash and would go away. After a few days it still hadn't so I applied some hydrocortisone cream for a few days and that did not help. I then tried polysporin for a few days which also did not help. My sister has fucidin cream for her eczema which works for nearly everything so I tried that and it didn't help either. I made an appointment with my doctor but the soonest he can see me is in a month! This rash has become painful and itchy and is now like large pimples. Any suggestions?
