Lumps on Face

My daughter has two lumps on her face.  They are red and protrude from her skin.  She started with one of them about two months ago.  We have tried all kinds of acne medicine and neosporin as well.  The first one isn't sore anymore, but was for quite a while.  The second one just started and is sore.  I've never seen this before and am not sure what to do about it.  She is very self conscious about them.  They are not anything like her normal acne, which is very minimal.

She could be suffering from acne Cysts. Acne Cysts are big red bumps with no head. Do not pop them, this is really little you can do. Cysts can take months to go away. I would go see a derm, to have them evaluated.
