Pimple In Mouth

Im just wondering if there is something wrong with me? I have one pimple in the inside of my mouth and it usually comes around the time of my period. Could anyone help me please?

Hi. Whilst it is normal to get an acne flare-up before your period is due, it is unlikely this lesion in your mouth is acne vulgaris. Re-occuring lesions around the mouth may be coldsores (herpes simplex virus) but these are distinguishable because they tingle.
Get your doctor or dentist to look at it for evaluation and advice.
