Skin rash

It could be a number of things: poison ivy/sumac/oak, allergic reaction which will cause hives ( have you used any new products lately; body soap, laundry soap, perfumes,etc.)  I have very sensitive skin and certain products make me get hives.  Impataigo or scabies.  I would definetely go see a doctor.  Aveeno has some good products to help relieve itching, they have one that you put in the bath and soak in it has oatmeal in it.  Oatmeal is a natural anti-itch remedy.  Go see your doc though.

Following an allergic reaction to a product (allergic contact dermatitis) use a bland cleanser and moisturiser by Eucerin, La Roche-Posay or Lutsine. Clinique also make a Redness Solutions range which includes a cream for irritation caused by products or procedures such as waxing.
It may also be helpful to take an antihistamine tablet. Check with a pharmacist at the chemist or drugstore.
If symptoms persist see a doctor. If a rash is accompanied by difficulty breathing or swelling of the tongue or fingers seek medical attention straight away.
