Tretinoin - Friend or foe?

Hello.

In April of this year, I began using the Obagi Nu Derm system in order to rid my skin of pigmentation marks. It seemed that the Tretinoin which was an integral element of the system worked wonders initially, however after 6 months of using it, I have been left with enlaarged pores, pock marks and strange lines on my skin.

Needless to say, I am devastated and have lost all faith in improving my skin. I am so disappointed in myswelf that I actually paid to make my skin worse than it was.

Do you have any advice whatsoever? Is there anything I can do?

I would welcome and be eternally grateful for any professional or other advice you are able to give me.
