acne nodular

hi....
i am 20 years old and sufffering from acne till 4 years. it's to red and big. it's spread all over the face after the end of acne the black spot are remaining there. it's our family problum. we all suffering from acne. mmy brother & sistere,cousin everyone suffer this problum. we take a lot of treatment but still they are. it's must 5years stay and spot & holes are reming on face  please tell me the treatment of this problum....... if you want  photos i send you

Which treatments have you tried already?
Topical treatments proven to be effective against acne include Duac gel (clindamycin plus benzoyl peroxide) and Differin gel (0.1% adapalene).
If topical treatments are of limited benefit oral antibiotics such as Doxycycline or Lymecycline may be indicated.
Female patients will also benefit from taking an anti-androgen birth control pill since acne is caused by an excess of, or a sensitivity to the effects of, androgens.
When other treatments result in failure or relapse oral Isotretinoin (Accutane/Roaccutane) should be considered. This is a powerful medicine with numerous potential side effects, but this must be balanced against the fact that it provides the best hope of long term remission from acne. Speak to your doctor about this.
