why do i get these little bubbles under my skin?

Well im only 15 going on 16 and about three or four days from today I had a pimple on my skin beside my nose and then later in the day a bubble formed around it. My skin looked squishy and i could tell it was filled with something. Later on I forgot about the thin bubble and i scratched it then clear liquid starting to leak out. The fresh skin underneath burned when I touched it. My mother took me to a doctor and as soon as he walked in the room he raised my head and told me I had poison ivy. Without any questions I could have asked i was given a cream and told to soak the fresh skin with epsom salts, then later apply the cream. I have been doing that for about two days now and no matter how many times I soak my face with salt or apply the cream, once the wound starts to scab a new bubble forms around it! The clear liquid feels a little bit sticky, and I only get these on my face. In the past 4 days i already have 13 unheald scars on my face, that including the 3 patches of fresh skin ripped from clothing on my back. I am to the point where I am scared to find out what this might be and why only on my face, also at a young age? I was given a sugestion about being in the sun too long, could I possibly have some sort of skin cancer or infection from being in the sun?, And is there a way i can still go outside in the sun because I am a very dedicated athlete to my soccer.
any help?

Hi. I would seek a second opinion from a more sympathetic doctor. This could be acne vulgaris or another infection of the skin such as impetigo. It does not sound like skin cancer but do apply a sunscreen with an SPF of at least factor 15 when going out in the sun. I use Clarin's Sun Cream for Sun-Sensitive skin. But get your condition diagnosed and treated before you start using this product. Eloise x

It sounds like dyshidrosis ezcema (eczema). I get it on the sides of my fingertips, by my fingernails. It starts as a little bubble and when you pop it it leaks a sticky clear substance, and then there is a really deep hole for a few days up to a few weeks. They say it can be brought on by sweating and hot weather, so that could explain why you think you are getting it from being in the sun for too long.
