Good morning'slept good!!!

Good morning...how is everyone today?? i hope great..Weather here is beautifull..last night i slept almost a full 8 hours..I can't beleive it..The only thing i did was take a very hot long bath, i took 2 advil PM's right before my bath..I did not turn the Tv on at all, it was very dark, and put the ceiling fan on high...I feel great!!!  also i had some armothearpy fiz balls in the water...

Anyway everyone have a great day..To those stuggling, it gets better..And i am praying for all of you.

thats really weird.  The first time I quit it was exactly day 26 that I got my first real sleep without any kind of sleep aid.  So happy for you girl.  It feels really weird doesn't it.  An awkwardly good feeling.  congrats.
