A Rarity These Days I Guess

On Sunday 8/8 I will have been employed by the same company (or merged versions thereof) for 33 years..So many people I know have lost their jobs, and yet I'm still here...I'm extremely fortunate for that, I love my job, despite the stress, and have had mostly superb managers my entire time here who have allowed me freedom to make decisions, work on my own from home and customers and colleagues who have shown their appreciation for my efforts.

I'm a very lucky man.

hah!  Yep, me too Mangee..I worked at various electronic companies in the SF Area before I wound up in Colorado with what eventually became the company for which I currently work

Hey Giz, I worked for many companies until the last one. Quit a few and got fired a few. Finally connected with one that lasted for thirty two years. Couldn't say I was completely happy there but it was a living and I was very good at the job.
