I was just looking at some of my vitamin bottles & thought maybe I'm over doing it a bit. Does anyone know if this is TOO MUCH???? In the a.m., I take B-12 with a daily value of 41,667%, then after breakfast, a multi-vitamin that has 300% of the B-12 & 300% of B-6, then before bed, I take a prenatal vitamin with 800% of B-6 & 150% of B-12. Is that INSANE or is it okay? I'm assuming if they sell a single B-12 with that high of a daily value that it's okay, but figured alot of you would probably know. Thanks!
