thanks buddy.... i don't want to act like a martyr though... i know there are alot of peeps on here in pain too... so i gotta just suck it up and do it... and i will.  i feel a change a'comin!!

no... day 0.  i quit for 3 weeks, then went back on a couple weeks ago because of back pain (pretty severe.)  the big plan was to take for only a couple weeks because i had an epidural scheduled last friday, and once that happened, no more pills.. (and no more pain.)

welp, the epidural went south (i didn't even know that was possible...) and now they have to try it again in a couple week, a more invasive (epidural) procedure...

but i can't stay on these another couple of weeks... so i am building up the courage to just put them back down again, period.

not proud... but that's the story.

It is back to day one- last night i caved- it is obvious i cant have anything in the house- and fyi- i dont have anything in the house today- cant take what you dont have

I have also cut ties with the "supply" line
