Day 27!

Day 27!

I am not going to post everyday after 30 days.  I will probably once a week or unless I really feel I have to!  Anyway, yesterday I was feeling kinda yucky, I went for a 2 milerun/3milewalk!  It was good.  Some do better some days than others.  When I was in rehab, it took time for me to get up to running 5 miles again.  I did run 8 one day I was there.  Anyway, I woke up about a 1/2 hour ago and am feeling pretty good!  Have to work!  Work is good for me!

Wish I could still run like I use too..I worked my way up to 8 miles myself one day way back when I was required to spend some time in lets call " a mandatory camp enviroment "..

Now, because of L-4 and L-5 surgery removing the bulging disc material that was crushing the sciatica nerve, I have to be careful of my activities..Meaning they've lost 50% of the cushioning mass between the disc's..Running would the worst thing I could do..I'm jealous..)..Keep up the good work.Your doing great..

yes, running is great , i wish i could run 8 km...  you are doing great, Comfort... you try to not only do the best of the day with its peaks and downs but also you pull yourself a little every day, learning about yourself and you are doing a great work as your personal life coach.... you can do it by yourself, whatever has happened or may happen in the future, you can pull through
