Clean, exercise, read, visit a friend, surf the web, cook, shop. Depression has a way of keeping us from doing things. The trick for me is get up a do something so it doesn't get a good hold of me. Good luck!!!

Read a book or work Cross-Word/Soduku/Word-Find Puzzle
Paint by Numbers kits
Clean/Vacuum/Paint/Start or finish small projects around the house
Go to an Indoor Pool
Go to the Gym
Go shopping
Try a new recipe
Go for a cup of coffee and people watch
Go bowling, shoot some pool, or go to an indoor golf range
Volunteer at a local hospital/library,etc.

It's raining like crazy where I am, kids are school. I'm on my ninth day off norco 10s. I started cleaning and doing little odd jobs around the house. It helped pass some time and I accomplished something. Feels pretty good. It seems like it's tough to get started but once I did my energy kinda kicked in. Just my thoughts. Hang in there, maybe it will be nice weather tomorrow. Good luck!
